Macintosh SE/30, 8/160

This model in particular has a special meaning to me: the very first computer I actually owned was an SE/30 - in it I wrote my first school work (I was still in elementary back then...) and played many video games in its tiny 9'' screen.

The SE/30 is basically a IIcx in a compact case: it has the same MC68030 processor (a 32-bit processor), and with a ROM upgrade (you can replace it with a IIsi ROM) or using an utility called MODE32 you could make it address up to 128 MB of RAM. (which was a LOT, back then!). It also has an expansion slot, suitable for processor upgrades, Ethernet cards and many, many others!

I have three SE/30s in my collection: two are fully functional (however, each one of those has a different issue: one has Simasi (capacitors have leaked into the logic board and a zebra-like pattern appears on startup, along with other issues, such as the lack of sound), and the other seems to have a bad PSU or analog board - sometimes the screen jiggles a little), and one plays the dreaded "chimes of death", meaning something more serious is going on in there - I can't actually see the error code, since the horizontal sweep of the CRT is also malfunctioning - all I see is a big vertical line on the screen.
